  1. Can you share a bit about your background and how you ended up in your current role?
    I’m retired Air Force where I learned my supervisory / managerial skills. 24 years ago, I hired on as an Assembly Technician and within 2 years rose to the position of Production Manager. During a company re-organization, my position was eliminated, and I elected to return to the floor as an assembly technician.
  2. How does your role contribute to the overall mission and success of United Dynamics?
    My background in electronics has allowed me to read schematics and drawings which have improved manufacturing processes and fluently move and produce products with little or no delay in production. This increased the quantity and quality of products to the customer.
  3. What do you think sets United Dynamics apart as a workplace and a community?
    The relaxed atmosphere and support from the Management Team.
  4. What aspect of your job brings you the most satisfaction?
    On-time delivery of a quality product to the customer.
  5. What is the one thing that you wish people knew about your job?
    What our capabilities are and our role in the Aerospace Industry.
  6. Give us one fun fact about yourself?
    I enjoy carpentry and shooting pool during my time away from work.
