Governance Structure

UDI’s corporate structure empowers employees to make decisions at the lowest possible levels. The United Dynamics Council is comprised of employees that rotate into both leadership and participant levels from all departments. The Council solves issues within their purview and passes more significant issues to the Management Team for action. The Management Team rotates leadership roles and similarly takes actions on issues within their scope and passes the most significant decisions to the Executive Council for review. The company uses a highly experienced Advisory Board to help guide the Executive Council.
