Contracts and Pricing Representative

Requires a willingness to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines, if necessary.
Must be able to communicate in the English Language.
Responsibilities:
- Solicitation tracking to include complete data capture as directed
- Track Bid/No Bid, Win, Loss, Pending, sales opportunities
- Act as Administrator for Salesforce CRM software.
- Prepare and Coordinate BOM data with engineering as required. Conduct Targeted Daily Research from FBO/Govgistics/Dibbs Websites
- Provide data gathering, SAR Development, Competition Analysis as directed
- Represent Sales and act as administrator for the Sales Team in all SRB Meetings
- Assist in preparing and registering company with Government and customer location and websites as required
- Develop and maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales use both digitally and hard copy files where necessary
- Coordinate with executive management on data packages for Go, No-Go decisions
- Download and analyze daily opportunities from government RFQ listings
- Prepare and follow-up on Quote packages ensuring on-time submittal
- Proofreading and editing proposal text written for compliance, clarity, proper grammar, spelling, and style
- Submit completed RFQ’s questionnaires, etc. to customers
- Act as the inside customer service contact for customer, delivering excellent customer service that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients for administrative purposes
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and preparing support materials as needed
- Assist with organizing sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Update customer records in the company database as required
- Communication with sales, accounting and operations personnel, as required
- Create, maintain and distribute work-flow schedules for all pending new business opportunities
- Coordinate and report on Solicitations and Contracts in Process with management
- Collaborate with company management, company departments, and Proposal Team to monitor active solicitations to completion
- Assist in training staff members and new hires, where applicable
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Compile contact lists and mailing lists as required
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences when required
- Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team member as required
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data
- Perform other tasks as requested by management to support Sales Activities
- Coordinate and track workload for Proposal Team to ensure all proposals are completed on time
- Train Proposal Engineer in SAR development
- Other duties as assigned
Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to Director of Contracts.
Job Requirements:
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills
- High level of proficiency for the use of the Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project.)
- Good communication skills
