Congressman Tom Cole (OK) has been a long term advocate for finding a nexus between commercial aerospace capabilities and obsolescence/diminishing sources of supply issues that the United States Air Force (USAF) has experienced. Beginning with Fiscal Year 2020, Congressman Cole sponsored four consecutive $5 million dollar projects for United Dynamics to assist the USAF with these challenges:

  • FY22 Electro-Mechanical Components
  • FY23 Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Components
